This website (lorenda.show, also reachable at bellydancebylorenda.com) is operated by Lorenda Lumiera, a trade name of Lorenda Knisel Enterprises LLC, a fire and belly dance business based in Southern New Jersey. In this policy, "we", "us", and "our" mean Lorenda Lumiera.

What we collect

When you fill out a booking, contact, or workshop inquiry form, we collect the details you type in: your name, email address, phone number, and event details such as the date, location, type of event, and any notes you add.

If you email or call us, we keep the information you share so we can reply and follow up.

Our website also receives basic technical information that any website sees, such as your browser type and the pages you open. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

How we use it

We use your information to answer your inquiry, send quotes and booking details, schedule performances and classes, and follow up about your event.

If you gave us your phone number, we may call you about your inquiry or booking. We only send text messages if you opt in, as described below.

We do not use your information for anything unrelated to your inquiry unless you ask us to.

Text messages (SMS)

We offer two separate text message programs. Each has its own optional checkbox on our booking and workshop inquiry forms. You can choose one, both, or neither.

Booking and service texts (transactional): if you check this box, we text you about your inquiry or booking, such as booking confirmations, reminders, service updates, and replies to your questions in a two-way conversation.

Marketing texts: if you check this box, we text you about special offers, new shows, and workshops.

Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. To stop texts at any time, reply STOP. For help, reply HELP or email info@lorenda.show or call 609-798-7130. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase or booking.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information.

We use trusted service providers to run our business, such as the booking and contact system that stores your inquiry, and our email and website hosting providers. They may only use your information to provide their service to us. This does not include your mobile number or text message consent, which are never shared as described in the text messages section above.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and booking records for as long as we need them to serve you and run our business, then delete or anonymize them.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing info@lorenda.show. You can unsubscribe from emails with the link in any email, and from texts by replying STOP.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. No website or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Children

This site is meant for adults planning events. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page.
